I wanted one of your tees so bad but it’s sold out, will you make more?
Many of our designs and colour combos are one time pressings as TBA is pretty strict on keeping things fresh. Some classic items will resurface from time to time but in general when we are sold out we are sold out. If an item is sold out on our online store make sure to check out our retailers listed in our Stockist section as they may still have it. To keep on top of our releases though we strongly suggest you subscribe to our social media channels on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
What are the measurements for your Tee sizes?
ALL Mens T-shirts are body width: S=18", M=20", L=22", XL=24", 2XL=26"
ALL Womens T-shirts are body width: XS=14 1/2", S=15 3/4", M=16 1/4", L=17"
Where is the TBA Brand store?
There is no official TBA store. Our line is available through our online site, the multiple retailers listed on our stockists page as well as at our pop-up shops which we announce from time to time through our social media channels. We strongly suggest you subscribe to our social media channels to stay informed on new stockists and upcoming pop-up shop dates.
What form of payment does TBA accept?
We accept PayPal and will ship only to the confirmed address stated in the PayPal account.
How much is shipping?
We now charge a flat rate of $10 for all orders in Canada and a flat rate of $15 for all orders from the United States. For orders outside Canada and the United States there is also a flat rate of $20 but does not include a tracking number and is shipped as small packet - international surface. . For orders of stickers alone there is a $1 shipping fee.

You can only use 1 discount code per purchase, so choose wisely.
When will my order arrive?
Please allow 5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 5-10 business days for delivery. All items ship through Canada Post with a tracking number except for stickers and orders outside of Canada and the United States which will be sent through normal ground mail. International orders sent through ground mail typically take about 6-8 weeks to arrive.
I live outside of Canada and the United States but I can’t wait 6-8 weeks.
Email your order and your request to sales@tbabrand.com and we will make special arrangements to ship your order through air, we can also include a tracking number, however we will not cover the additional shipping costs and you will have to cover these additional charges.

I changed my mind, can I get a refund or can I make an exchange?
We do not accept returns for refunds, credits or exchanges. All sales are final. Please ensure you have checked your order thoroughly before finalizing your purchase.
I placed a successful order but why didn't I receive a confirmation/tracking email yet?
You will receive a receipt for your order from Paypal.com and if you're in Canada or the Unites States all shipments will have a tracking number and can be given upon request.
